Steph's love of dogs began at an early age, however, it wasn't until 2009 that she realized she could incorporate this love into a career. She spent the next 6 years working for Wannagoout? Dog Walking and Pet Sitting in Boston's South End neighborhood (and managing it for 4 years) before moving to Pawtucket and deciding she was ready to branch out on her own. In late 2015 All Ears was born!
